Since it's summer and I have nothing to do, I have been improving my cooking. Seriously, when you are fixing these, you can feel your arteries clog. When you think chicken spaghetti, you can't think Italian. I cooked dinner for us- a delicious Pork Pot roast with prunes,apricots, rosemary and a tasty broth of OJ, white wine and chicken broth! DELISH! I love this new crock pot book from Matt's Me-Ma (I am just borrowing it).
